After a successful, corporate career learning the art of selling, Karen started a custom, window treatment business, Window Trends. As a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s Fashion Merchandising and Textiles program and her professional sales training, Karen quickly expanded her business into a go-to staging and merchandising source for builders throughout the southeast. To keep up with the ever-expanding scope of builders’ creative needs, She established Model Perfect Designs. Karen has found success combining her talent as a designer with her skills as a salesperson to create the perfect partner for home builders and realtors interested in growing their sales numbers.
